The Chum is an important item introduced in the Funkiki Island expansion.
In-Game
The Chum is given to the player by the Nibble tribe after achieving high scores in Pearl Diver.
When you go to a piranha-infested river on Funkiki Island, the Chum can be poured into the river, pacifying the fish and allowing you to reach an Orb.
The Chum can also be placed as a decoration in your Crib.
