The complex is physically located on the outskirts of Funkeystown, beyond a doorway that runs through one of the surrounding mountains. The complex itself is laced with an intricate race track, most of which is positioned midair. Cars- which harm the player- are constantly circling these roads, leaving the patches of cement and fake grass as the only safe places to stand. E.P. Royalton's glitzy building is accessible from the top-right, leading the player into a two-floor standalone building that, among other things, features the codex that exclusively provides character info for the area's Funkeys, which are all characters from the 2008 Speed Racer film.
