Cons Yer Man! is a cutscene in Funkeystown and the Royalton Racing Complex. It is shown when purchasing a car for the first time.

		Well, you can't really park that beauty in the middle of your living room now can you? A fine ride like that deserves a place of its own! You should think of building a garage onto your crib to really show those wheels off!
		Building a garage? It's easy! Just go to your crib, and you will see what to do! Now can I interest you in a warranty or maybe a special undercoat? ....Wait, don't run off! ....Where are you going? ....Don't forget ....If you need any more cars, Con's your man!

Despite being set in the Royalton Racing Complex, where Cons Fine Cars is located, this can also be triggered when the player buys their first car from Funkeystown Fine Rides.
